November 2006:

Denville-Kanani

Alyssa Pitts and Gwynnevere were Open High Point for the entire show, winning both Training Level Test 3 and 4, scoring 70.8% and 70.3%.


September 2006:

Dressage at Woodside

Congratulations to Brynna Quillin and Donnerhill, Conerstone overhall high score Amateur/Junior for the entire show! They were also Lower Level High Point Jr/YR on their way to sweeping all four of their First Level classes.

Congratulations to Diane Abraham and Unruhly Rogue, Woodside Series Amateur Training Level Champion!

Jennifer van de Loo and Editorial were Reserve Champion Amateur Second Level for the Woodside Series as well.


August 2006:

CDS East Bay Chapter Show

Congratulations to Alyssa Pitts and Gwynnevere, high score for the entire show with a 76.9%! Alyssa and Gwynnevere won three out of their four Training Level classes in Gwynnevere's showing debut, earning scores of 76.9%, 75%, and 69.6%!

Congratulations to Megan Leonard and Regentanzer on their third place finish at the CDS Junior Championships at Second Level. They scored 65%.

SFP Annual Show:

Congratulations to Melissa Richards and Winona for earning Melissa's USDF Bronze Medal! They won one of their Third Level classes and placed 2nd in the other.

Jennifer van de Loo had a great show as well, placing 1st and 2nd in her Second Level classes with Editorial, scoring 66% and 65%. Jennifer and Antares also had a great showing, winning one of their Second Level classes, and placing 2nd in the other two (Jennifer swept Sunday's Second Level Test 1, winning with Editorial and placing 2nd with Antares, where she and Antares scored 65%). Both Editorial and Antares are qualified for the CDS Championships at Second Level!

Yarra Yarra:

Brynna Quillin and Donnerhill scored 65% at First Level Test 1, placing 3rd, and scored an awesome 70% at First Level Test 2 to place 2nd!

Honoring Veronika Opitz-Berry:

On August 1st, we lost our friend Veronika Opitz-Berry. Veronika was an amazing woman, and a great advocate for the sport of dressage in the Bay Area. Please contribute to the Redwings Horse Sanctuary in Veronika's honor.


July 2006:

Dressage at Woodside:

Congratulations to Jennifer van de Loo and Editorial for winning two out their three Second Level classes, and for having qualified for the CDS Championships at Second Level! Jennifer and her new horse, Antares, also had an oustanding show at Second Level, placing 2nd and 3rd in their Second Level classes.

Melissa Richards and Winona won their Second Level debut, scoring 65% on their way to beating several of California's best amateur horses. They also won the Dover Adult Amateur medal for Second Level!

Michelle DeWitt and Wait for Me won one of their Second Level classes, and had many second places.

Jen Vroomen and Pharlap's Choice won both of their Third Level classes.

Tiffany Shockley Blakeney and Intimo won two of their First Level classes and had an outstanding show.

Diane Abraham and Unruhly Rogue had an oustanding show, winning three of their classes, scoring up to 67% at Training Level...all this, in their second show ever!

SFP Chapter Show:

Jennifer van de Loo and Editorial won their Second Level Test 3 with a beautiful test.

Michelle DeWitt and Wait for Me placed second in Second Level test 4.

Diane Abraham and Unruhly Rogue had their showing debut, placing second at Tranining Level Test 3.


June 2006:

East Bay Chapter Show:

Congratulations to Megan Leonard and Regentanzer on their winning sweep of all four of their Second Level tests, scoring in the mid to high 60s.

Alyssa Pitts and Nourville debuted at Fourth Level, winning two of their Fourth Level tests and placing second in their other two tests. All scores were qualifying scores, up to 66%.

Congratulations to Tiffany Shockley Blakeney and Intimo, Reserve High Point Amateur for the entire show and High Point Oldenburg! They won First Level Test 3 with a score of 67.7%.

Megan Leonard and Regentanzer placed 2nd at Second Level Test 3, scoring 67%.

Michelle DeWitt and Wait for Me showed at Second Level, scoring qualifying rides for the Junior Championships in both of their tests.


May 2006:

Dressage at Woodside:

Congratulations to Megan Leonard and Regentanzer who swept all of their 2nd Level tests in Megan's Second Level debut! Megan and Regentanzer were also overall high point for the entire show for day 2, and they were Junior/YR high point for day 1.

Tiffany Shockley and Intimo won First Level Test 3, and they also placed 2nd twice and 3rd once at First Level.


April 2006:

Denville-Kanani:

Congratulations to Jen Vroomen and Phar Lap's Choice for placing 2nd at Second Level Test 4. They have now qualified for the Junior Championships at Second Level, and they have their Second Level scores for Jen's Bronze Medal. In Jen and Phar Lap's Choice's debut at Third Level Test 1, they scored over 60%, and now only have one score left to earn for Jen's Bronze Medal!

Congratulations to Tiffany Shockley and Intimo for placing 2nd in both First Level Test 3 and First Level Test 4, both scores were qualifying scores for the CDS Championships!

AP Dressage is moving to Arriba Vista Ranch! The facility boasts outstanding facilities including two covered, lighted arenas--the larger arena has mirrors and is bigger than a full size dressage court, a full size outdoor dressage court, a lighted outdoor jumping arena, and a large all-purpose outdoor arena. Additionally, the facility includes 220 acres of groomed and ungroomed trails. Arriba Vista Ranch is within easy driving distance of the San Francisco Peninsula, San Jose, and Pleasanton, located between Fremont and Pleasanton. Tiffany Shockley and Intimo placed second at First Level Test 3 in their showing debut with AP Dressage. Tiffany and Intimo were also high point Oldenburg for the show.
